01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the j7j7 platform — including its website, mobile application, games, promotions, and customer support services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the j7j7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the j7j7 platform. Continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the j7j7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling activities.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines. j7j7 is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR exclusively for the Philippine market and does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by j7j7, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gaming regulatory body.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of j7j7 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

j7j7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the j7j7 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. j7j7 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Not allow any other person to access the j7j7 platform using your account.
• Notify j7j7 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

j7j7 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions or delayed reporting suspected unauthorized access.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

j7j7 supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash-in, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Supported methods are subject to change and current options are displayed within your account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable transaction fees. The same applies to withdrawals: funds will only be disbursed to a payment account verified in the registered Player's name.

j7j7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is significant or where KYC verification has not been completed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

j7j7 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be available to all account holders at all times.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are kept in separate balances. Real money funds are used first in gameplay unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• j7j7 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it suspects the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, collusion, or exploitation of a platform error.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering conditions.

Promotions are valid for a specified period only. Unclaimed bonuses or bonus funds not used within the stated validity window will expire and be removed from the account without notice.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the j7j7 platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers, including JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and other approved suppliers. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with individual game rules before wagering.

j7j7 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all applicable games. RNG systems are independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and compliance with PAGCOR standards. The house edge applicable to each game is determined by the game provider and is reflected in the published Return to Player (RTP) percentage.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay:

• j7j7 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• If a game round is interrupted and cannot be completed, j7j7 will apply the most fair resolution available, which may include voiding the round or completing it based on the last known game state.

j7j7 decisions regarding disputed game outcomes are final and binding, subject to the PAGCOR dispute resolution process available to all registered players.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j7j7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR as appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to register on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with j7j7 games or services.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the j7j7 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any j7j7 software, game, or proprietary system.
• Abusing the customer support system or engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior toward j7j7 staff.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your j7j7 account.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the j7j7 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the proprietary intellectual property of j7j7 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the j7j7 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any j7j7 content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on j7j7's proprietary materials.
• Use j7j7's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorized.
• Frame or mirror any part of the j7j7 website on any other domain or platform.

Any unauthorized use of j7j7's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent of applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

j7j7 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering on j7j7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

j7j7 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by law, and with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification partners) strictly for the purpose of operating the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

j7j7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all registered j7j7 players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the j7j7 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by creating new accounts. Any account created in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j7j7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the j7j7 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from the Player's failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond j7j7's reasonable control.
• Errors or omissions in game content provided by third-party game suppliers.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Any losses incurred as a result of the Player's own decisions in gameplay.

j7j7's total aggregate liability to any Player under these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit j7j7's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

j7j7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after request.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player without valid cause.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.

In the event of account termination due to a Player's breach of these Terms, j7j7 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud or illegal activity, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting j7j7 customer support. Any real money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account (subject to completed KYC) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

13 Amendments to These Terms

j7j7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the j7j7 website, and where the changes are material, j7j7 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the j7j7 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at j7j7.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the j7j7 platform shall first be submitted to j7j7's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. j7j7 will endeavor to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as available to all players of PAGCOR-licensed operators. Players retain all rights available to them under Philippine consumer protection and gaming laws.

For disputes not resolved through the above processes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
